Тренер всё понятно объясняет, внимательно следит за техникой и всегда поддерживает, даже когда что-то не получается. Помимо того что позволил себе откровенно приставать к одной из девушек, так и очень непристойно выражался в адрес другой. Хотелось бы спросить собстенников что за ...? Вам платят деньги за индивидуальные занятия, и советуют, а Вашы сотрудники позволяют себе неадекватные вещи. Не советую эту школу никому. Очень хотелось бы знать эти ньюансы раньше и решить этот вопрос на месте иначе, чем просто отзыв в угле.

Суперпозитивный профессионал: всё объясняет настолько понятно, что мы с подругой встали на волну с первого же занятия. С ними исчезает любой страх перед океаном, а после тренировок — чистые эндорфины и счастье! Всем горячо рекомендуем!
Кафешка при школе- это отдельная история, вкуснейшие завтраки , блинчики , крафтовые бургеры, лично я обожаю тартар из тунца с бокальчиком холодненького Prosecco с малинкой.

What to expect from your surf lesson in Tenerife.
From getting ready on land to practising in the ocean, here’s how your session unfolds.
Settle in & feel welcome
Arrive around 15 minutes early, meet your instructor and share your experience and goals. Feeling unsure? You can say so.
Prepare for the water
Work through movements suited to your level on land, then put them into practice in the ocean.
Learn together, progress your way
Put your practice to work with your instructor nearby. Try, adjust and try again, with feedback you can use straight away. Questions are welcome throughout.
Know what to practise next
After the session, take a little time to talk through what clicked and what needs practice. Ask any remaining questions before you head off.

Ready to surf independently? Hire surf equipment and practise at your own pace. Our team is happy to help with questions and pointers before or after your surf. Rental is for independent practice, without an instructor in the water.
A spacious teaching area, a comfortable lounge and Ocean Freaks Café give you room to prepare and unwind. Friends coming along can enjoy the café while you surf.

Are lessons suitable for my experience level?
Yes — we teach complete beginners as well as surfers building on existing skills. Tell us what you’ve tried and what you want to work on. We’ll adapt the guidance to your experience; private coaching gives you one-to-one attention for specific goals.
Do I need to be able to swim? What if I’m nervous?
You need to be able to keep yourself afloat for a standard lesson. Feeling nervous is normal — let us know before you book so we can discuss your concerns. If you need additional support or an adapted session, please contact our team to discuss a suitable format.
Can children join a surf lesson?
Our standard group lessons are for ages 14 and over. For children aged 6–13, choose a private or family session. Exceptions to the group age guideline may be considered individually, but must be agreed with our team before booking.
What’s included, and what should I bring?
Your lesson includes surf equipment and insurance. Bring swimwear, a towel, drinking water and sun protection. We’ll help you get ready before heading to the ocean.
What languages are the lessons taught in?
English and Spanish are our main teaching languages. We also offer lessons in Russian. Other languages may be available depending on the instructor. If you need a particular language, please confirm with us before booking — the website language does not automatically determine your lesson language.
When should I arrive, and how long is the lesson?
Please arrive around 15 minutes before your session. Group and family sessions last 2 hours; one-to-one private lessons last 2.5 hours. You’re welcome to come earlier and enjoy our café and lounge — including anyone coming along with you.
What happens if ocean conditions aren’t suitable?
If we cancel your lesson because of ocean conditions, you can choose to reschedule or receive a full refund for the cancelled lesson. You don’t have to accept a new date if it doesn’t fit your plans.
Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?
You can cancel free of charge at least 24 hours before your lesson. For a change of date, contact us as early as possible; requests made closer to the session are considered individually.
For the three-lesson pack, if you stop after your first lesson and give at least 24 hours’ notice before the next booked session, the completed lesson is charged at the single-lesson price of €49. From a €117 pack, the refund is €68.
